How it works.

Four movements, running continuously, from the first build environment through to the estate you operate years later.

Sense at the source

ECOS speaks the native language of the estate — application and database interfaces on the enterprise side, and controller, sensor and hardware protocols on the facility side. Nothing is inferred from a screen scrape.

Model at the edge

Small, purpose‑built models run on the device or node itself, with a footprint measured in kilobytes and response measured in milliseconds. Central analytics still happens — but the fast decisions do not wait for it.

Validate against design intent

Every check is made against a stated standard: the configuration baseline, the OEM specification, the contractual envelope. The output is not an opinion, it is a pass or a fail with its evidence attached.

Act or advise — your call, in writing

Advisory monitoring and closed‑loop control are different products with different risk. We draw that line explicitly in the engagement, and the platform enforces whichever side you chose.

What it changes about delivery.

An implementation is a long argument about whether the system is right yet. ECOS shortens that argument by producing evidence continuously instead of at the end.

  • Build acceleration. Repetitive configuration, migration and environment refresh tasks are automated and repeatable — and repeatable is what makes a compressed schedule survivable.
  • Continuous reconciliation. Master data, configuration and interface behaviour are checked against the design on every cycle, not at test gates.
  • Cutover confidence. The go‑live checklist is backed by machine‑generated evidence, so the decision to proceed is made on facts.
  • Hypercare that shrinks. Issues arrive with their diagnosis already attached, so the tail after go‑live is shorter and quieter.

Security posture is designed in, not bolted on. Role‑based access, full audit trails, identity provider integration and evidence packages suitable for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 scope. Where a programme carries federal requirements — FedRAMP, ITAR, CMMC, CJIS — those constraints are taken as design inputs at the start, because they cannot be added afterwards.

Vendor independence is only real if it is proven in a lab. Ours is. ECOS consumes the standard interfaces of the enterprise and the facility, and it does not require you to replace the systems it monitors.
