From the utility service to the cabinet manifold, every meaningful point is read, checked against its design envelope and recorded. That is what turns a Tier III claim into a Tier III demonstration — and what makes a billing‑grade efficiency figure defensible when a tenant asks how it was derived.

Power behaves differently under AI load.

Synchronised training jobs swing facility demand in milliseconds. Utility service, generation, UPS topology and distribution all have to be engineered for that profile — and then verified continuously, because a design that was right on paper drifts in service.

A facility is judged on evidence: that it is concurrently maintainable, that efficiency is measured the way the contract says, that an incident was detected and escalated. ECOS produces that evidence continuously instead of assembling it before an audit.
